Andy brings 20 years of experience in brand management, marketing and strategic planning to his role as Chief Marketing Officer at National 4-H Council. His experience spans all areas of integrated marketing programs—from corporate positioning to direct mail, from market research to brand promotions, from offline to online campaigns. Andy’s helped design communications campaigns for some of the biggest corporate and non-profit brands, including: HP, Dixie, SeaWorld, Abundant Forests Alliance, International Paper, Propane Education & Research Council, Penske, USDA, Almond Board of California, Alzheimer’s Association, Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, the American Chemistry Council, General Dynamics, Travelers Group, and US Airways.
Before joining 4-H, Andy was Executive Vice President and Director, Account Service for PN2, a global Porter Novelli business unit comprised of advertising, interactive, account planning and broadcast media services. Before Porter Novelli, Andy served as Managing Director of Branded, Inc. a Washington, D.C. strategic consulting firm specializing in brand enhancement and corporate identity development. Previous to that, he served as Director of Client Services for North Light Communications.
Andy received his MBA from the Simon School at the University of Rochester. He also earned a BA in Economics and English from the University of Rochester. His work and teams have been the recipient of a number of awards, including PR Week’s 2007 Public Affairs Campaign of the Year, 2003 Porter Novelli Global Campaign Award, numerous Addys, Tellys, and more.
