With over 15 years of direct response experience, Eric started his nonprofit career with Operation Smile, where he launched the first interactive department, drove online integration with direct response efforts and initiated the creation of online communities to strengthen engagement among volunteers and donors. As Director of Online & Interactive, his efforts at integrated marketing led to Eric being honored as the American Marketing Association's 2009 Nonprofit Marketer of the Year, as well as contributed to Operation Smile being honored as DMA Nonprofit of the Year in 2008.
Having joined Grizzard Communications Group in 2009, Eric continues to position digital marketing as a critical component to engaging audiences in order to achieve faster, better and more sustainable results. Grizzard is committed to presenting innovative digital marketing solutions to its clients, and Eric will drive this vision forward.
