Matthew Kelly is Vice President of Business Development at Strategy Software, which provides competitor information management solutions to companies worldwide. In the ‘theory vs. reality’ struggle, Matthew is a defender of ensuring that processes work with technology to drive business metrics. This trait is critical as he works in a wide range of industries to use technology to increase their competitiveness, both tactically day-to-day and strategically long-term. Matthew’s business career began in high tech where – in addition to corporate training and business development – he designed and helped implement sales processes that reduce sales cycle time, cut cost of sales and increase sales volume. He has conceived and supervised the creation of three software products in two different industries.
