Reed Cundiff is the Senior Director of the Central Market Research and Insights team in Microsoft’s Central Marketing Group. Reed is responsible for ensuring that Microsoft’s most critical business decisions are based on deep customer and market understanding. Reed’s group conducts primary research for corporate initiatives and the product and business groups, and manages syndicated research. Reed joined Microsoft in January 2005 as Director of Research Incubation and Frameworks.
