Dick Chay is the former Director of Marketing Research at SC Johnson and Senior Vice President NFO Research.
His client industry experience also includes marketing research management positions at Heublein, and The NutraSweet Company. His provider experience includes Nielsen Marketing Research, Catalina Marketing, and C&R Research.
Dick is very active on industry boards and with industry publications in marketing. He was on the board of the American Marketing Association, served as a Trustee of the Marketing Science Institute, and was a board member of the Loyola Center for Values in Business. In September 2004, he chaired the AMA’s 25th Anniversary Marketing Research Conference, one of the most successful events of the past 10 years.
