Scott Hamilton is senior partner and co-founder of Allign™, a global to local advisory firm that helps organizations tap the full potential of their brands and workforce through superior internal/external alignment programs and “next practice” thinking. From his extensive experience in corporate executive roles and as an external advisor, Scott has helped leaders in start-ups to FORTUNE 500 companies worldwide improve their personal and organizational effectiveness in managing and leading teams to achieve greater business value.
Scott’s industry exposure has been both broad and deep. He has held a variety of senior executive roles in companies such as McDonald’s, Nestle USA, Bergen Brunswig, AlliedSignal and DirecTV. Scott has also lead business and executive advisory practices that have coached hundreds of leaders and their organizations through business case development, large-scale change efforts, internal branding, voice of the customer, teambuilding, ROI scoreboards, and talent development programs.
Scott’s particular expertise is in new strategy execution methods that bring measurable results and value to initiatives such as vision-brand alignment, customer encounter mapping, culture transformation, advanced employee engagement, change management, and leadership team building.
