34th Annual International Collegiate Conference
March 22-24, 2012
Sheraton New Orleans
New Orleans, LA

The AMA International Collegiate Conference is one of the best investments you can make as an aspiring marketer. The Collegiate Conference is particularly helpful as you set out into a world where the career landscape is shifting dramatically, and new tools for marketing are changing the way marketers do business.

The theme of the 34th Annual International Collegiate Conference was Marketing: Always Evolving.  Just look at how marketing the 4 P’s has evolved and changed over the years:

Products are more advanced
Prices are cheaper
Placement is now online
Promotion is done through social media

As future marketers, you need to learn from the past in order to succeed in the future. Speakers that presented ranged from YouTube/Google, McDonald's, Pearson, Harrah's, Carnaval Cruise Lines, Enterprise, Macy's, Northwestern Mutual, and many more. Topics ranged from social media, to landing a career in marketing, to the changing landscape of marketing.

Our photographer team from Lucy Kennedy photography (Chicago) captured the event brilliantly.

Conference video/slideshow can be found on YouTube as well as the photo montage video from chapter photos you shared before the Conference.

Official Conference photos will be available for download (until June 30, 2012) from the Photo Galleries: one, two, three, and four.

The 34th Annual International Collegiate Conference drew record attendance with:

1,181 students
108 Faculty
From 142 different Universities from the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico.
